LCM LinkPoint

Description

With the LcM LinkPoint, we have developed an
alternative to our classic flushing system. It includes
all familiar functions while eliminating the need for
individual programming. Independent of the
machine control, the LinkPoint can activate nozzles
by using a sensor signal to trigger the flushing
process.

The power supply of the LinkPoint is provided either
by a 24 V power supply unit or, alternatively, directly
through the machine’s power system. Using the
adjustment knob on the right side, the air pressure
can be individually adapted to the requirements of
the nozzle in use. For particularly easy installation,
elongated mounting holes have been integrated at
the top and bottom. An advantage for both
installers and customers: with the test knob on the
left side, the spraying process can be tested easily
and without major effort.
